Do you teach private online classes?Due to the amount of online and in-studio students there is not enough time to provide quality instruction for private classes. In the future artist members will be able to register for live limited space workshops to assist them with their current projects, demonstrations of specific techniques, and question and answer sessions. This would be a great time for students to ask a question about how to do a certain technique, mix colors, establish depth and dimension, or any other sticking points they may encounter on their current art projects. <Imbed Wix Bookings>

How do your courses work?We have level 1 and level 2 challenge courses. Level 1 courses are easier and level 2 courses require more techniques, details, and are more challenging then level 1 courses. The courses listed in each medium program are in order from easiest first and get more challenging as you move down the list of courses. The course videos are broken down into small steps, they can be utilized in a few different ways. Some students choose to watch the entire video first and then watch each step and try the techniques on their own and move on when that step is completed. The course videos are set up for you to pause and rewatch each step if needed and to move at your own pace. It is all up to you to decide what method will work best for you to learn the drawing/painting process and techniques for each course.
-
How long are the courses? All courses vary in length; level 1 videos typically are 20 to 40 minutes and level 2 are longer. Oil painting course videos have longer run times and will have weekly breaks in between steps to allow for drying time.
-

I am a beginner; I do not have any art experience will these courses work for me?Absolutely, we start at the very beginning of each project and use a short step by step process demonstrating the use and techniques required for the areas being worked on. The instructor demonstrates the techniques and explains all of the details of the technique through the entire process. We highly recommend starting with the introduction class for the medium program(s) you have chosen and move down from there as the courses are in order from easiest to more challenging.
-
I have a lot of art experience do I have to start at the beginning? No, you may start anywhere you like. The courses in each medium program are listed easiest first to more challenging as they move down the list.
